Hope Restoration and Health Initiative is a not-for-profit that supports people with severe mental health conditions and their caregivers in the transition from crisis to recovery.
How We Help
We support individuals with severe mental health conditions, who are discharged from hospital with no suitable home to return to. Through our residential centre, Hope Resource, we support their recovery journey and help them transition back into their community.
Our work helps to prevent homelessness, nurture resilient families and restore their hope for a better future.
100% of residents' families enjoy significant care burden relief through our support
Over 25 families are receiving financial and emotional relief through our support
1/3 of residents have achieved transition into independent living
