We support individuals with severe mental health conditions, who are discharged from hospital with no suitable home to return to.
Through our residential centre, HOPE RESOURCE, ABEOKUTA we support their recovery journey and help them transition back into their community.
Our work helps to prevent homelessness, nurture resilient families and restore their hope for a better future.
100% of residents' families enjoy significant care burden relief through our support.
About 40 patients have been impacted through our interventions.
Over 1/2 of residents have achieved transition into independent living.
